SonicCraft Studios provides professional audio production services including but not limited to Foley recording, sound design, audio post-production, game audio, and related services. Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Clients agree to:
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the delivered audio materials for the agreed-upon purpose. SonicCraft Studios retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Custom sound effects and recordings become client property upon payment, while our proprietary techniques and processes remain our intellectual property.
Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major project changes may require renegotiation of timeline and fees.
Project cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. For work already completed, clients will be charged proportionally. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
We respect the confidentiality of client projects and will not disclose sensitive information without permission. Clients agree to keep our proprietary methods and business information confidential.
SonicCraft Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davao City, Philippines.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
